Palisades Historical Trails | A set of two trails, one above the cliffs (the beginning of the Long Path) and one on the shore of the Hudson, that travel from the George Washington Bridge to Camp Alpine (NNJC). These trails are sponsored by the Northern New Jersey Council. An historical trail patch is available for hiking either, and a trail medal is available for hiking both. The trails are closed from December through February for safety |
